In genuine emergencies, you can call 0191 447 1718 and speak to a member of our team about the issue and we will always try and sort it immediately. Outside of office hours, the Taylored Lets voicemail will provide the mobile phone contact details for all members of the team on call at that time.

We provide digital copies of all of our supporting documents so that they are easy to access when you’re a tenant with us but also so that you know what to expect before you become a tenant of a Taylored Lets property.
We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that we haven’t lived up to your expectations in any way, we’d like to hear from you to allow us to resolve any problems and also to improve our service. Our Lettings Team can deal with most complaints and will do their best to resolve the matter quickly, to your satisfaction.
