The people of Newcastle are proud to be Geordie’s for everything that the region has to offer! And rightly so, it is a great place to live, work and play in. If the city is known for one thing then it has to be the vibrant nightlife scene - hands down! It is a busy, cosmopolitan city centre with diverse bars and nightclubs within six sectors for everyone’s personal preference and style. The six areas are labelled as:
-
Quayside - A more sophisticated scene to enjoy a civilised evening.
-
Grey Street / Dean Street - Great for Craft Ales, Sports Bars, Casinos and big nightclubs.
-
The Diamond Strip - Well-known for hosting a lively atmosphere!
-
The Bigg Market - If you are looking for a loud, bold scene, this is where you need to be!
-
Jemond - A classy happy hour haven spot with just a six minute drive from the city centre.
